El Yoga entro en mi vida por una casualidad, pero poco a poco fui descubriendo al profundizar cual era el verdadero valor de esta Pr\u00e1ctica, hasta que finalmente se convirti\u00f3 en mi pasi\u00f3n y vocaci\u00f3n por disciplina.<\/p>\n<p>I was born and raised in Colombia. I have the joy of being a Yoga practitioner for 8 years, and I had the opportunity to graduate as an Inbound Yoga Instructor about 3 years ago. Yoga came into my life by chance, but little by little I discovered in depth the true value of this practice, until it finally became my passion and vocation for discipline.<\/p>\n<p>Profundice mi practica cada vez m\u00e1s y mas,\u00a0 y fue a trav\u00e9s del yoga que me he equilibrado en muchos aspectos de mi vida. Al graduarme, decid\u00ed que quer\u00eda transmitir a los dem\u00e1s esta disciplina y que ellos se beneficiaran como lo hice yo. El yoga ayuda en muchos aspectos de la Vida, por eso desde entonces he querido depositar una semilla en cada una de las personas que participan en este proceso o de alguna de mis sesiones.<\/p>\n<p>I deepened my practice more and more, and it was through yoga that I became balanced in many aspects of my life. When I graduated, I decided that I wanted to transmit this discipline to others and that they would benefit from it as I did. Yoga helps in many aspects of life, that is why since then I have wanted to deposit a seed in each of the people who participate in this process or in one of my sessions.<\/p>\n<p>Mis pr\u00e1cticas habituales siempre han sido variadas, sin embargo fue el asthanga Yoga el que mayormente he practicado, aunque la verdad me gusta variar entre algunos estilos de Yoga din\u00e1mico.<\/p>\n<p>My usual practices have always been varied, however it was asthanga Yoga that I have mostly practiced, although the truth is that I like to vary between some styles of dynamic Yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Mi objetivo con el Yoga es llegar al mayor n\u00famero de personas posibles, personas activas en b\u00fasqueda de desconectarse de la rutina y reconectarse consigo misma.<\/p>\n<p>My goal with Yoga is to reach as many people as possible, active people looking to disconnect from routine and reconnect with themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Me encanta dar mis clases de Yoga, y compartir con cada uno de mis alumnos, me siento privilegiada y me apasiona.<\/p>\n<p>I love teaching my Yoga classes, and sharing with each of my students, I feel privileged and passionate about it.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a los profesores, a los practicantes, \u00a0a los intructores a todas las diferentes personas que me han aportado en mi proceso. Pero decid\u00ed titularlo de esta manera porque pienso que es mas importante respirar bien y comprender los beneficios de una respiraci\u00f3n conciente que sostener una postura. Por eso en nuestras practicas lo primero que realizamos con los alumnos es Aprender algunas t\u00e9cnicas de Respiraci\u00f3n consciente<\/p>\n<p>It could be titled yoga and breathing. But I decided to title it this way because I think it is more important to breathe well and understand the benefits of conscious breathing than to hold a posture. That is why in our practices the first thing we do with the students is to learn some techniques of conscious breathing.<\/p>\n<p>Es nuestra respiraci\u00f3n el \u201caliento de vida\u201d, y la energ\u00eda vital de nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p>It is our breath that is the &#8222;breath of life&#8220;, and the vital energy of our body.<\/p>\n<p>Damos por hecho respirar, y lo realizamos de manera inconsciente y superficial, La mayor parte del tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>We take breathing for granted, and we do it unconsciously and superficially, most of the time.<\/p>\n<p>Respiramos utilizando solo la\u00a0 parte superior del pecho, sin oxigenar de manera correcta todo nuestro cuerpo. \u00a0No sabemos respirar, e ignoramos los GRANDES beneficios de una respiraci\u00f3n profunda y consciente.<\/p>\n<p>We breathe using only our upper chest, without oxygenating our whole body properly. We do not know how to breathe, and we ignore the GREAT benefits of deep and conscious breathing.<\/p>\n<p>En el Yoga es primordial respirar, y me refiero a respirar de manera presente, consciente. Es importante saber que representa el abastecimiento de vida para nuestro cuerpo. Al respirar intervienen los m\u00fasculos de llenar y vaciar los pulmones,\u00a0 se trabajan m\u00fasculos del\u00a0 diafragma, costillas flotantes y paredes del pecho.<\/p>\n<p>In Yoga it is primordial to breathe, and I mean to breathe in a present, conscious way. It is important to know that it represents the life supply for our body. Breathing involves the muscles of filling and emptying the lungs, working the muscles of the diaphragm, floating ribs and chest walls.<\/p>\n<p>Al nacer respiramos de manera natural, ocupando toda la cavidad tor\u00e1cica. Cuando crecemos estamos sometidos a presiones sociales, stress, tensiones; as\u00ed vamos perdiendo el habito y empezamos a respirar de manera deficiente. Esta falta de habito va deteriorando nuestra salud, no se oxigena, no se queman debidamente los alimentos\u00a0 que nos aportan la energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>At birth we breathe naturally, occupying the entire thoracic cavity. When we grow up we are subjected to social pressures, stress, tensions; thus we lose the habit and we start to breathe in a deficient way. This lack of habit deteriorates our health, we do not oxygenate, we do not burn properly the food that provides us with energy.<\/p>\n<p>Respirar consciente es beneficioso para el metabolismo de nuestro cuerpo, de ello depende tambi\u00e9n nuestra vitalidad. Al respirar de manera consciente los m\u00fasculos que interviene en la respiraci\u00f3n y los pulmones, funcionaran con mayor eficacia; purificando la sangre, oxigenando, trayendo claridad mental, tonificando sistema simp\u00e1tico y parasimp\u00e1tico, sistema nervioso, relajando el cuerpo y la mente, y fomentando el equilibrio y paz entre cuerpo mente.<\/p>\n<p>Conscious breathing is beneficial for our body&#8217;s metabolism, and our vitality depends on it. By breathing consciously, the muscles involved in breathing and the lungs will work more effectively; purifying the blood, oxygenating, bringing mental clarity, toning sympathetic and parasympathetic After so many years of external martial arts like Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu I started to taste the power of the internal arts and realized that physical conditioning is only an external form of energy, but that our true strength, well being and health comes from within. Especially emotions and mental states such as anxiety, aggressive impulses, fear, insecurity, uncontrolled thoughts etc. cannot be understood and managed with physical activity and western type sports.
